Hi Ernie,

You wouldn't believe the compliments I have received about the roof. 
And I haven't even had the stucco & trim painting done yet. I thought you
would like to know, and you are welcomed to share anything / everything I say with 
whomever you wish.

One of my neighbors came by the other night to tell me how "beautiful"
the roof is & how it adds to the appearance of the neighborhood.  Yesterday
I was working in the front yard & two people who were just walking along
passed by;  the woman said,  "Lady, we love your roof."  I told her that I really 
appreciated her saying that, and that while it might be a little "loud" 
compared to the other houses, I wanted to have fun.  She said, "We need
a little loud in this neighborhood."

Tonight, my neighbor directly across the street, whose house is lovely 
because he & his wife are always tending to their lawn & the plants &
flowers that they have, told me in Spanish that I had the best roof in the 
neighborhood and my house was number one.  I couldn't argue with him.

So now you can put my loud, fun, beautiful roof on your list of
referrals. I know you had some reservations about the tile that I picked, 
but I tell ya, it's been a big hit.

And I can't tell you how pleased I was with the work crews'
accommodations to my somewhat unusual circumstances, what with the dogs & my work
schedule. I hope you were informed by Ron Reed how grateful I was when I got home on
the first day of your work & realized that the dog tethered in the kitchen
when I left for work had been repositioned & tied up on the patio because she'd 
apparently chewed through her leash & was roaming free to jump the fence
& escape, which would have been very distressing to me. But one of your
crew members tied her up with the remaining leash rather than let her run. 
This thoughtfulness was obviously well beyond what was expected.

And the clean-up!  Salgado (who helped take off the old roof) & his
helper did a magnificent job.  His work was truly professional, as was all the
work, but he deserves special thanks for ensuring that no leftovers would
threaten the well-being of the dogs or my lawnmower.

And the sun tunnels!  They have brought a whole new look to the inside
of the house. The living room cave has turned into a real living room.  The
front bathroom does not need artificial light during the day. One of my
neighbors who's seen this wonderful lighting for the inside of the house thought
that I had left lights on. You not only did a remarkable job on the outside of
the house, but on the inside as well.

And I can't thank you enough for coordinating the installation of the
new heating / cooling system with your own work. Everything was done with
minimal inconvenience to me & my family. The end result has been beyond my most 
optimistic expectations.

Last but hardly least, the responsibility that you took for replacing
the broken sprinkler in the front lawn is also much appreciated.

Be assured that I will tell anyone who needs roofing & or related jobs
to be done that BSW is the only company to contact. 
There is no question in my mind: you are the best.

In Park Stockdale I was somewhat apprehensive. Not because of any
uncertainty about the quality of your work but rather because of the
unpredictability of the weather and all of the rain we have been
having that season.
     Before committing to BSW we observed your work within our community
and were satisfied with what we saw. When it came to our house we
were concerned about starting the job because of all the rain and the
